Dedicated to players aged 50+, she focuses on developing structured standards, advancing skill development, and fostering safe, inclusive play environments. Under Esther’s leadership, programs emphasize injury prevention, movement efficiency, and mentorship, helping pickleball communities grow and ensuring lifelong engagement in the sport. Passionate about expanding regional partnerships, Esther also guides facilities and ambassadors in implementing certified programs, bridging professional excellence with grassroots participation.
